18th century working womens clothing, 2007

Just a simple outfit consisting of a linen petticoat and a wool petticoat, a cotton damask jacket worn over stays and shift. Accessories include a linen apron, linen kerchief and linen mitts. The "dirt" on the apron and jacket is actually tea stains, for I didn't want the outfit to look too new. I have worn it during several camping events and a lovely but freezing November event that I have a few pictures of below. The first pictures are taken while I was getting dressed so the kerchief and mitts are yet missing.
